1. Where do we deliver?
We deliver throughout the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Exclusions: remote islands and military bases.
2. What are the delivery costs?

3. What are the delivery times?
Shipping within 1-3 business days. Delivery within 5-12 business days.
Your order is automatically recorded in our computer system upon validation of your payment.
A first confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is validated.
- All items in your order were listed as available (in stock) when you placed your order. In this case, within 1 to 3 days, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with its tracking number from the carrier.
- For logistical reasons, we may ship your order in several separate packages so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.
4. Who makes the delivery?
Delivery is made by your local post office. Our packages are handled by Chronopost, La Poste, etc. in France.
5. How do I track my package?
A tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation email. Track your package by clicking on "Order Tracking" on our website.
6. When will my package be delivered?
Delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the package will be left in the mailbox or at the local postal center.
7. I have not received my package. What should I do?
Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package.
8. How much time do I have to change my mind?
30 days for unconditional return. We are sorry that our product did not satisfy you. Please contact our customer service, who will offer you an unconditional return within 30 days or another solution. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
